These Prices are effective as of November 28, 2012

The Goods and services shown below are those that we can provide our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or any other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reasons in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Basic Service of Funeral Director and Staff and overhead....$995

Our services include: conducting the arrangements conference, planning the funeral, consulting with family and Clergy, shelter of remains, preparing and filing of necessary notices, obtaining necessary authorization and permits, coordinating with cemetery, crematory or other third parties. One certified copy of the death certificate. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead cost. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.).

Embalming of Remains....$395

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary; however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Other Preparation of the Body....$75

Includes dressing, casketing and providing cosmetic care of remains when viewing is required.

Washing and Disinfecting of Remains (when no embalming is required)....$65

 

Transfer of Remains to the Funeral home....$100

Within a 50 mile radius. Beyond this we charge $1.00 per mile, one way.

 

Use of Funeral Home and Staff for Visitation....$65

Two Hour vistitaion period 

 

Use of Equipment and Staff for a visitation at a church or other location….$295

Includes one Funeral Director and two attendants involved in the visitation at a church or other location and all the equipment necessary to conduct the ceremony. 

 

Use of Equipment and Staff for a Funeral Ceremony at a church or other location….$295

Includes one Funeral Director and two attendants involved in the funeral service at a church or other location and all the equipment necessary to conduct the ceremony. 

 

Use of Equipment and Staff for a Memorial Service at a church or other location…$295          

Includes one Funeral Director and two attendants involved in the memorial service at a church or other location and all the equipment necessary to conduct the ceremony. 

 

Use of Equipment and Staff for Graveside Service....$150

Includes one Funeral Director and two attendants involved in the graveside services at the Cemetery and all equipment necessary to conduct the ceremony.

Hearse to Local Cemetery….$75

Within a 50 mile radius. Beyond this radius we charge $1.00 per mile one way.

 

Limousine/Family Car...No Charge

 

Flower Van/Utility Vehichle...No Charge

 

Deluxe Memorial Package….$50

Memorial Package (includes register book, thank you cards, memorial folders, Memorial Tribute DVD, and 2 laminated bookmarks)

Caskets…Our caskets range in price from $495 - $3219. A complete price list will be provided at the Funeral Home.

Outer Burial Container….Outer Burial Containers range in price from $665 - $1959. A complete price list will be provided at the Funeral Home.

Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home….$1545

Our charge includes: basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, proportionate share of overhead cost, removal of remains, embalming or other preparation of remains, if relevant, shipping container, and local transportation. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding the remains.

Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home….$950

Our charge includes: basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, proportionate share of overhead cost, care of remains, transportation of the remains to the Funeral Home and to the cemetery or crematory. This charge doies not include visitation, rites, or cermonies.

Direct Cremation….$440 - $635

Our charge for direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, proportionate share of overhead cost, removal of remains, transportation of remains to crematory, crematory fees, and necessary authorizations. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without and outside covering). The containers we provide are a cardboard container or a hardboard container.

Immediate Burial…$400 - $895

Our charge for immediate Burial (without ceremony) includes: basic services of Funeral Director and Staff, proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, washing and disinfecting of remains and local transportation of remains to cemetery.
